What it does

  1. 01

A weekly close that won’t fudge it

Four confirmations (expenses and payroll, jobs and costs, money received, review and close) build the profit chain live. Once the week is closed, it is frozen.

  2. 02

    Two costs? A person picks.

When Shopmonkey and the parts invoice disagree on a job, the close is blocked until someone chooses the source. Nothing is averaged away.

  3. 03

Shopmonkey stays the source of truth

VehicleDesk reads first. Live and write calls are off by default and run under a request budget, so the shop system is never the one surprised.
