What it does

  1. 01

    Books real arrival times

It uses the website’s own availability and booking endpoints, so validation, receipts and the shop sync are the same. The server, not the model, makes the idempotency key.

  2. 02

Built not to make things up

The only price it may quote is the $95 oil change. A server-side check catches “I just texted you” or “you’re down for…” without a matching tool result, and corrects it on the call.

  3. 03

    Hands off by the clock

It transfers to a person only during shop hours. After hours it books and takes a message, and a call that never reached the shop sends a summary text.

The thing to see

An after-hours call, re-enacted with a fake caller and a 555 number: check availability, book, text. No real call audio or transcript is used.

Proof

  • $95the one price it is allowed to quote; everything else goes to a personagent instructions
  • 7:30–6:30weekday window for transferring to a person (Sat 7:30–1:30); outside it, it books and takes a messagetransferHours.ts
  • 14 dayshow far ahead it searches for an arrival timetools.ts

Call and booking totals aren’t published until they’re pulled from the call log with the shop’s sign-off.
